I’ve been living abroad since 2012, moving from Russia to Norway, then to Italy, and eventually settling in Switzerland.
Without the familiar foundation of my native culture and environment, I had to quickly adapt to new ways of thinking, different lifestyles, and diverse mindsets.
At the time, I was in a leadership role at a large international corporation—but the internal politics and complexities of big business only added pressure to an already intense period of transition.
Around the same time, I went through a divorce, suffered burnout, underwent surgery, and developed a serious post-operative condition. It was a deeply challenging chapter—mentally, physically, and emotionally..
Several years later, during the pandemic, I started building my own coaching practice.
I used the very approaches that had helped me through the hardest seasons of my life—tools that allowed me to find strength in adversity and transform loss into a resource for growth.
In 2014, I began slowly gathering tools and practices—anything that could help me stay grounded, recover, and move forward.
Bit by bit, I pieced together methods to support myself not only physically, but also emotionally and spiritually. It became a personal mission: to find resilience from within, even when everything on the outside was uncertain.
Coaching became the catalyst that brought all of these methods together.
By combining it with my background in psychology, physiology, and human behavior, I now help others shift their perspectives, rediscover their inner freedom, and pursue bold, meaningful goals.
This work is more than a profession—it's a calling shaped by lived experience, and a deep belief that real change starts from within.
It’s a profound joy for me—when you choose me as your coaching partner—to help you awaken deeper selfunderstanding, see life’s full spectrum, and learn to adapt gracefully to each moment and any change that comes your way.
